Customers are responsible for confirming that a part is compatible with their specific equipment before ordering.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order when necessary, including situations involving pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraudulent activity, or product availability.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel or adjust orders affected by an obvious pricing error.
Orders are shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout and the shipping information provided on our website.
Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, inventory availability and other circumstances outside our control.

ALL APPROVED RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RESTOCKING FEE.

Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

PartsGuru.com offers a mail-in JURA brew unit refurbishment service. Customers send their existing brew unit to our designated service location for inspection, cleaning, refurbishment, reassembly and testing.
The standard refurbishment service includes replacement of the drainage valve, filter screen and piston gaskets, along with cleaning, reassembly and functional testing.
The standard service price is $195, including return shipping within the continental USA.
Standard turnaround is approximately 2 business days after receipt of the brew unit. Shipping time to and from our service location is additional.
Customers using the mail-in brew unit refurbishment service must include a check for $195 payable to ACM Repair Services.
Customers must also include their full name, phone number, email address and complete return shipping address with the brew unit.

Customers should send only the removable brew unit and should not ship their entire coffee machine.
Each brew unit is inspected upon receipt.
If significant damage, cracks, excessive wear or another condition is discovered that prevents the standard refurbishment from being performed, we will contact the customer before performing additional chargeable work.
Customers are responsible for properly packaging their brew unit to prevent shipping damage.
Technical information, troubleshooting information and repair guidance provided by PartsGuru.com is provided for informational purposes.
Customers are responsible for determining whether they have the appropriate skills, tools and experience to install, service or repair equipment.
Improper installation, modification, misuse or servicing of equipment may result in equipment damage or personal injury. When appropriate, customers should use a qualified technician.
