    PartsGuru.com, operated by Elana Enterprises LLC DBA ACM Repair Services, ships merchandise throughout the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and select international destinations.

    Domestic Shipping

    Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our Pennsylvania warehouse.

    Orders placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time are often processed the same business day, subject to product availability and order volume. Orders received after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays may require additional processing time.

    Shipping confirmation and tracking information are emailed automatically to the email address provided during checkout once the order has been shipped.

    We ship using USPS and UPS services.

    Expedited Shipping

    UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time are generally shipped the same business day, subject to item availability.

    Expedited orders placed after the cutoff time will typically ship the following business day.

    Shipping Transit Times

    Transit times provided by USPS and UPS are estimates only and are not guaranteed by PartsGuru.com. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

    Lost or Damaged Shipments

    Customers should inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

    If a shipment arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact both the shipping carrier and PartsGuru.com promptly so that a claim may be initiated when applicable.

    While we will reasonably assist customers with carrier documentation requests, claims for lost or damaged shipments are subject to carrier investigation and approval.

    International Shipping

    PartsGuru.com offers international shipping through USPS and UPS to select destinations.

    International customers are responsible for all local duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage charges, import fees, and related governmental charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in shipping rates displayed during checkout.

    International USPS Shipments

    International USPS shipments are typically sent using USPS Priority Mail International or USPS First-Class International services.

    Delivery times for international USPS shipments may vary significantly by destination and customs processing and can take several weeks in some cases.

    Tracking information will be provided when available.

    International UPS Shipments

    UPS international shipments are delivered according to the shipping service selected during checkout. Tracking information will be provided once the shipment has been processed.

    Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees assessed upon delivery.

    Returns and Shipping Charges

    Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the shipment was sent incorrectly by us.

    Approved returns are subject to 30% restocking fee.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

    Return authorization is required prior to returning merchandise.

    Restocking fees may be reduced or waived for approved exchanges involving merchandise of equal or greater value.
