Return & Refund Policy

At PartsGuru.com, we strive to provide quality replacement parts and dependable customer service for commercial beverage equipment and automatic coffee machines. If you have any questions regarding product compatibility, returns, or exchanges, please contact us prior to placing your order.

Due to the technical nature of replacement parts, customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchasing.

Delivery Inspection Policy

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

Damaged Merchandise

All merchandise is carefully packaged to minimize shipping damage during transit.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • retain all packaging materials

  • do not install or use damaged items

  • notify both the shipping carrier and PartsGuru.com promptly

We will reasonably assist customers with carrier claim documentation when applicable.

Missing Merchandise

Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If merchandise appears to be missing from your order, please contact us within five (5) business days of delivery so we can investigate and assist.

Defective Merchandise

If you receive merchandise that is defective or not functioning properly upon arrival, please contact us promptly for assistance.

Approved replacement items will receive either:

  • a new 5-day reporting period, or

  • the remaining reporting period from the original purchase,

whichever is longer.

Return Eligibility

Phone and website purchases may be eligible for return within 30 days of the original ship date, subject to approval and the conditions outlined below.

Approved returns must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • Return authorization (RMA) is required

  • Merchandise must include all original packaging materials and accessories

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • electrical or electronic components

  • special order items

  • installed or used parts

  • consumable items

  • opened sealed packaging

Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to 30% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Orders that qualified for free shipping may have the original outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

In some cases, restocking fees may be reduced or waived for approved exchanges involving merchandise of equal or greater value.

How To Request a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email customerservice@partsguru.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions

  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the return shipment

Unauthorized returns may be refused.
